國際吞嚥障礙飲食標準(IDDSI)
The International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) was established in 2013 to develop globally accepted definitions of food textures and liquid consistencies for people with dysphagia, serving people with dysphagia at all ages, care settings and cultures.
After three years of hard work, the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Committee established a dietary framework for patients with dysphagia in 2016 and published it in 2017. The framework consists of eight consecutive levels (0-7), each of which is distinguished by numbers, text descriptions and colors.
