We regularly hold soft meal preparation workshops, where chefs personally teach participants how to prepare soft meals that are easy to chew and swallow. To date, we have held more than 200 "Soft Meal Classes" and educated more than 6,000 caregivers, students, chefs, nurses, care workers, social workers, speech therapists, agency personnel, etc.
Our "Soft Meal School" can be divided into 2 categories. Participants can make course choices based on their own/family's chewing and swallowing difficulties. Note: It is recommended to first consult a speech therapist, occupational therapist, or professional medical staff to understand the patient's swallowing difficulties.
