There are three main steps to making soft meals. Caregivers only need to reserve some food from the cooked ingredients at home for the elderly who have difficulty swallowing, add appropriate amounts of Tonlemei powder and water to the ingredients, and then blend them in a blender until there are no particles. Then add it to the pot and heat it until it becomes a liquid paste. Then, you can put it in a mold or iron pan and wait for a few minutes until it solidifies. As for soup or drinks, add an appropriate amount of Tonlemei powder and blend it for about 1 minute.
A blender is required to make soft meals using related products, and a general household blender will do.
Basically any boneless food can be used to make a soft meal, but foods with bones such as chicken legs must be deboned first.
Generally, the finished product of SoftBreakfast can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. It is recommended not to reheat it for consumption after that.
